Baptizing them by (immersion) teach them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded. This is the churches mission and its our goal at Sovereign Grace to carry it out. The Church at Sardis
The Perfect Balance of God's Truth
God Bless.
Our church offers a traditional setting for your most sacred worship by the singing of hymns and the preaching and teaching of Gods word. We preach from the KJV bible, for it alone is our only rule of faith and practice.
is one church as good as another? That's a good question, especially in our age when anything goes and truth is in the eye of the beholder. Is there more than one way to heaven? Jesus said in John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Matthew 28:20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
Our Prayer for you
May God help us as we pray for those that are lost, without God and without hope. May they look to Christ by faith as their only hope of entering heaven. Acts 4:12 says neither is there salvation in any other for there is only one name given among men whereby we must be saved.
Bible Verse this week, Psalms 78:38-39, But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.
Psa 78:39 For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.
And all God saints said amen to Gods amazing grace.
Pastor Steve Cornett
I have been Pastoring churches for the past 35 years in three different states, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana. I count it a great blessing to minister Gods holy and inerrent word. We've been blessed at all the churches we have pastored. What I remember most is God's elect saints are a blessing to a pastor. If your loking for the perfect church and pastor don't come here. We're only sinners saved by Gods Sovereign grace and mercy. If you want to hear about the blood, the book and the Lord's church come and we will do thee good. AMEN.

The Last Week of the Life of Christ
We are studying the Four Gospels on the Life of Christ's Passion Week.
DID GOD SAVE YOU? OR DID YOU SAVE YOURSELF?
Who gets the credit for your salvation? God or you? In an age when salvation is of the free-will of man and like a funnel wide at the top and small at the bottom, it’s time to sound forth the trumpet of Gods free and sovereign grace. Does God’s grace make you to differ than what you used to be? If not of what value is it?
When we examine God's word we find that an old prophet deep in the belly of the great fish cried out "Salvation is of the Lord" Jonah 2:9. God is the originator, it started with him in Sovereign Election, in time He sent his son into the world to make an effectual atonement for sinners that God chose. Then the Holy Spirit quickened them to life as they heard the gospel of their salvation. The same Holy Spirit sealed them to the day of redemption.
Then during their life as the elect of God he works in them to will and to do of his good pleasure. They are preserved in Christ Jesus and thereby persevere until the end.
So as Paul said, But God forbid that I should glory save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world Galatians 6:14
Dear Friend has God the Holy Spirit brought you to the end of yourself? Has he caused you to behold the Lamb of God who taketh away the sin of the world? So as JC Ryle said many years ago, "where are you sins"? I trust they are forgiven by the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!
May God grant us grace to follow Our Savior's example Amen.
